Should I grab it or leave it alone?

I didn't have documentation on my car. I had a couple of local experts look at it and they both believed as I do that it is an original 442. Since the inner fenders would have to be removed to put the 442 emblems of the fenders it was pretty easy to tell by the rusted condition that they hadn't been. Also the dash emblem was aged just like the rest of the dash. The rattle can spray paint was present on all parts equally including the hood. Also it was obviously a 4 speed from the factory and I doubt that many Cutlasses came with that. I wish I had the original documentation but I think you can get a preponderance of evidence to establish that the car is indeed a 442 and not a clone.
